Results of MISM mission

The E-Boost project funds almost 50 SMEs and start-ups from all over Europe to attend ‘Mobility and Industry Suppliers Meetings’ 2024, about 20 companies were from outside Spain.

Thanks to the European E-BOOST project, a score of foreign companies working in the electromobility sector have attended the ‘Mobility and Industry Suppliers Meetings’ 2024, the most important subcontracting event in Southern Europe, which celebrated its seventh edition last May 16th in Zaragoza. Hosted by the Automotive and Mobility Cluster of Aragón (CAAR), the summit brought together 150 purchasing managers and suppliers from the automotive, mobility, and railway industry, which held more than 400 bilateral meetings with the aim of identifying new business opportunities.

The opening session included speakers such as Pablo Méndez, Head of Procurement Iberia at Renault Group; Andrés Quirós, Head of Purchasing New Projects & Strategy at SEAT S.A; and Jorge Recasens, Global Purchasing Manager Exhaust & Catalyst at Stellantis. The following day, visits were carried out to automotive companies which are partners of CAAR, such as Fersa Bearings, Converzar, Inymon, and Mk Kitz Hispania.

The lump sum contributed to the following costs incurred by beneficiaries for participating to the mission: travel costs, accommodation, meals and registration fees.
